Cancellations can be made 1 week or more prior to camp start date by emailing or calling 858-208-7533.  Cancellations made between 72 hours and 1 week from camp start date will receive a $50 reprocessing fee and will receive credit only.  (Example if camp starts on a Monday and you call the Monday before that is considered less than 1 week notice.)   If you cancel less than 72 hours before camp start date or are a no show, no credit or refunds are given.  


Any changes or cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours prior to lesson to receive a full refund or no fees.  Changes or cancellations made between 72 - 24 hours prior to lesson start time receive a $25 reprocessing fee.  Changes less than 24 hours prior to lesson or no shows receive no refund or credit.


These include ISA Surf Instructor Training, ISA Water Safety, and ISA Contest Judging Courses.  

Any changes in registration must be made at least 30 days prior to the course start date and are subject to availability in other courses. If you or anyone in your group is prevented from taking part in a course you may transfer the booking to another person. To accept this change of booking you must inform us of the new participant's name and ensure they are eligible and have completed the registration process. You will be charged a $25 Administration Fee to make these changes. 

Should you and any named person on the booking form need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we must be notified in writing/email by the person who made the booking. The date on which written notification is received by SEA will determine the level of Cancellation Fees applicable. The following Cancellation Fees will apply: 30+ days prior to course= $35 Administration Fee, 21 days prior to course= 25% of total course cost, 7 days or less prior to course= 100% of total course cost.
